Abstract:
A control method and a device for energy-saving ship navigation, the method comprising: when, during normal navigation, the resistance encountered by the ship changes, changing correspondingly the ship's operational parameters; if the resistance so encountered decreases, then the present degree of opening of the throttle is controlled to increase immediate fuel supply to the main engine; if the resistance so encountered increases, then the present degree of opening of the throttle is controlled to reduce immediate fuel supply to the main engine. The present method significantly reduces energy waste and navigation costs.
