Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and device for enhancing oil dehydration by means of synergy of an electric field and medium coalescence. Deep demulsification of a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion enhanced by means of the synergy of the electric field and medium coalescence is taken as a core; a treatment process is composed of a pre-treatment unit and a deep treatment unit; the pre-treatment unit is one or a combination of a multi-medium filter module and a medium coalescence module, and is mainly used for removing dispersed water droplets, emulsified water droplets of which the particle size is greater than 5 μm, and a suspended matter; the deep treatment unit is an electric field-medium synergistic enhanced demulsification module, and the module organically couples a water droplet electro-hydrodynamics (EHD) migration motion with a medium coalescence effect, relates to a multi-physical field synergistic physical enhanced demulsification technology, and intensively and deeply removes tiny emulsified water droplets of which the particle size is 0.1-5 μm.
