Abstract:
A method for estimating an amount of absorbed hydrogen that is carried out by a device 100 for estimating an amount of absorbed hydrogen, wherein an absorbed-hydrogen-amount estimation step S3 is carried out in which a unit amount of absorbed hydrogen that is absorbed by a metal as a result of a change in humidity from a wet state to a dry state, a period from the installation of the metal, and weather data that corresponds to the period and is for the region in which the metal has been installed are used to estimate the amount of hydrogen absorbed by the metal during the period from the installation of the metal. In the absorbed-hydrogen-amount estimation step S3, the amount of absorbed hydrogen is estimated by multiplying a rainfall count from the weather data by the unit amount of absorbed hydrogen.
