Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for evaluating a support capability of a post spacer and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining an initial distribution image of post spacers on a substrate and an initial distribution image of corresponding support pads; performing grayscale binarization to obtain a distribution image of the post spacers and a distribution image of the corresponding support pads; obtaining two binary matrices according to the distribution images; convolving the two binary matrices in a spatial domain or multiplying the two binary matrices in a frequency domain to obtain an equivalent support matrix; calculating the number of elements in the equivalent support matrix having values equal to a first value, so as to obtain the number of support pixels, and using a ratio of the number of support pixels to the total number of pixels in the distribution images of the post spacers as an evaluation result for a support capability of the post spacers and the corresponding support pads. Parameters or a blueprint of the post spacer are acquired to perform comprehensive evaluation on a support capability of a post spacer, so as to calculate a most suitable size and a positioning arrangement of each post spacer, thereby improving the support capability of the post spacers, such that a cell gap between liquid crystal cells is stable and uniform.
