Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for executing an emergency call. The method comprises: receiving an emergency call request (S201); initiating n emergency calls in n call modes at the same time according to the emergency call request (S202), wherein n is an integer not less than 2; and when one of the n emergency calls is connected, releasing the other emergency calls that are not connected (S203). According to the embodiments of the present invention, multiple emergency calls can be made at the same time, and when any one of the emergency calls is connected, the other emergency calls are released, so the connection time of the emergency call is reduced.
