Abstract:
A method for generating a handwriting format document on the basis of a picture, comprising: recognizing a picture to be processed, acquiring recognized handwriting (S101); acquiring at least one handwriting color value according to the color values of pixel points constituting said recognized handwriting (S102); acquiring pixel points within said picture that have a same color value as the color value of said handwriting, so as to generate a handwriting point set (S103); generating a background image on the basis of said handwriting point set and said picture (S104); and generating a handwriting format document according to said background image and said handwriting point set (S105). Further disclosed is a device for generating a handwriting format document on the basis of a picture, which is capable of converting a picture into an editable handwriting-format document, thus making it convenient for a user to edit the handwriting.
