Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method and a device for healing a wound, the method for healing a wound comprising the steps of: placing a foam dressing on a wound site; attaching a film dressing to skin adjacent to the wound site to thereby seal the wound site; causing the pressure in the sealed space to reach a target negative pressure by supplying a negative pressure generated by a negative pressure generation unit to a sealed space formed between the film dressing and the wound site; keeping the pressure of the sealed space at the target negative pressure for a first set time period; after the first set time period has lapsed, stopping supply of the negative pressure for a second set time period; and injecting a medicine into the wound site within the second set time period.
