The present application discloses a method and device for identifying an Android system drawing thread, and a mobile terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: creating a plurality of threads, the threads comprising one or more of a main thread of an application process, a hardware rendering thread of an Android system, and a customized thread; performing cross-process communication by means of a thread, applying for a graphic cache region, and calling a QueueBuffer function of BufferQueue to submit graphic content drawn by a client to a system graphic cache region; identifying a current running thread according to a state identification thread task during process state switching, and marking the current task_struct of the thread as ui_thread to obtain a drawing thread state; identifying the thread task according to the state during process state switching, and resetting the drawing thread state if the thread is not the current running thread. According to the present application, a drawing related thread on the mobile terminal can be identified, the maximum resource utilization is provided, and the utilization rate of a mobile system can be improved.
