Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IDENTIFYING TARGET SEQUENCE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/151142
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method and a device for identifying a target sequence. After an XNOR operation is performed on a binary sequence of an optical signal and an all-0 sequence, light splitting is performed to obtain a first alternative sequence set; light splitting is performed on the binary sequence to obtain a second alternative sequence set; on the basis of a target sequence, binary sequences are selected from the first alternative sequence set and the second alternative sequence set to obtain a sequence set to be delayed; delay times for each sequence are configured in a decrementing mode for each sequence in the sequence set to be delayed, and after performing the time delays, a sequence set to be matched is obtained; operations are performed on the sequences in the sequence set to be matched to obtain a final sequence; and on the basis of the quantity of pulses and the positions of pulses in the final sequence, the quantity and positions of target sequences in the binary sequence are determined.
