Abstract:
The invention relates to the technical field of information security. Provided are a method and device for identity authentication capable of realizing high security level identity verification and authentication. The major technical solution of the invention comprises: selecting, from multiple inputted fingerprint information items of a user, a preset number of fingerprint information items; receiving a preset number of fingerprint information items sequentially inputted by the user according to fingerprint input prompt information; performing matching on the basis of the preset number of received fingerprint information items and the preset number of selected fingerprint information items; and if the preset number of received fingerprint information items match the preset number of selected fingerprint information items, confirming that identity authentication passes.
