An image decoding method according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: deriving initial motion information of the current block from at least one of motion information of a spatial neighboring block, motion information of a temporal neighboring block, and predefined motion information; generating corrected motion information by performing motion-information-correction on the initial motion information; and generating a prediction block of the current block by using the corrected motion information.
