Provided are a method and device for image-stabilized photograph capturing and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: when a photograph capturing instruction is received, pre-capturing one first photograph under a normal exposure parameter and one second photograph under a special exposure parameter, where the exposure time in the special exposure parameter is less than the exposure time in the normal exposure parameter, and the exposure value in the special exposure parameter is less than the exposure value in the normal exposure parameter; extracting brightness information and chrominance information from the first photograph; extracting detail information from the second photograph; processing the brightness information, the chrominance information, and the detail information for image synthesis, and outputting the resulting photograph produced. Provided in embodiments of the present application, the method and device for image-stabilized photograph capturing and the mobile terminal implement an image-stabilized photograph capturing function on the basis of software, reduce the size of a camera module in a digital camera, and reduce costs and power consumption during use.
