Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method and device for improving the water quality of rivers, lakes and marshes, and oceans and gulfs having problems caused by drifting oil which is covered and emulsified by a surfactant as a result of a heavy oil spill treatment, and the like. [Solution] The present invention is configured to clean water by performing: a water feed step for taking in water to be treated from a water inlet, and pumping the water; an air feed step for taking air from an air inlet, and feeding the air; an oxygen level increasing step for pressurizing the air fed at the air feed step to increase the total amount of oxygen; an ionization step for ionizing the pressurized air which has been subjected to the oxygen level increasing step; a mixing step for, when mixing the pressurized air which has been subjected to the ionization step with the water to be treated which has been pumped by the water feed step, injecting the air into the flow of the water to be treated, to obtain a gas-liquid mixture fluid which has been subjected to a first formation of fine bubbles; and an accelerated-injection step for, when injecting the gas-liquid mixture fluid obtained by the mixing step into the water to be treated, accelerating the flow rate by a bore-narrowed section provided to an injection nozzle, to perform second formation of fine bubbles.
