Abstract:
An isolation method which is easy and enables efficiently and safely isolating a target substance in a solution without contamination from the environment, and a speedy and high-accuracy analysis method of a target substance that uses such an isolation method are provided. This isolation method of a target substance in a solution involves: a step for preparing a solution containing the target substance, and a reagent that can gasify the target component; a step in which, while continuously feeding the solution and reagent into a flow path, intermittently injects air bubbles into the flow path to generate an air-liquid slug flow in which the liquid mixture containing the solution and the reagent is segmented into liquid drops by the air bubbles; a step for continuing feeding the air-liquid slug flow in the flow path, and for thereby promoting mixing of the solution and the reagent in each droplet, gasification of the target component through said mixing, and movement of the target component-derived gas generated through the gasification into the air bubbles; and a step for recovering, with an absorption liquid, the target component-derived gas that has moved into the air bubbles.
