Abstract:
Provided is a method for laterally overlapping cladding layers, the method comprising: fitting the radial cross sections of cladding layers (1, 2) according to the profile information of the radial cross sections of the cladding layers, so as to obtain a curvilinear function of the radial cross sections; then establishing a cladding layer model and a cladding layer overlapping model on the basis of the curvilinear function and a lateral overlapping angle, so as to calculate a cladding offset between an actual cladding length and a preset cladding length during laterally overlapping the cladding layers; and further, planning a laser scanning path according to the cladding offset, so as to perform laser cladding lateral overlapping solid forming according to the scanning path. Further provided is a device for laterally overlapping the cladding layers, comprising an information collection unit (51), a fitting unit (52), a model establishing unit (53), a calculating unit (54) and a scanning path planning unit (55).
