Abstract:
A method and device for linking to an account and providing a service process. The method comprises: upon receiving a link request transmitted from a user terminal, a non-authentication server responds to the terminal a preconfigured command for the terminal to access an authentication server; the terminal transmits, to the authentication server, and according to the preconfigured command, a real service account used by a user in a service process, so as to enable the authentication server to generate a virtual service account corresponding to the real service account, and to respond to the user terminal the virtual service account; and upon receiving the virtual service account transmitted by the user terminal, the non-authentication server links together the virtual service account and a user account registered at the non-authentication server by the user. In the method, when the non-authentication server performs a service process for a user, it is not always required to provide a real service account for use in the service process, thereby reducing complexity of performing the service process for the user, and providing convenience to the user when performing the service process.
