Abstract:
The disclosure provides a method and a device for locating abnormal coverage of a wireless cell. The method comprises: acquiring call flow signaling data and call handover flow signaling data of a voice call; correlating the call flow signaling data and the call handover flow signaling data, and acquiring a mean opinion score (MOS) of the sound quality of the voice call before and after handover a wireless cell; if the drop in MOS of the sound quality of the voice call after handover the wireless cell, compared to that before handover the wireless cell, exceeds a pre-determined threshold, determining that there is an abnormal handover of the wireless cell; determining whether a wireless cell exists in which an angle formed between said wireless cell and the handover path from the pre-handover cell to the post-handover cell, with the post-handover cell as a vertex, is less than or equal to a pre-determined angle; and if such a wireless cell exists, determining that the wireless cell after handover is a wireless cell having abnormal coverage.
