Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and device for locating a video service fault, and a storage medium. The method comprises: in each collection period, respectively obtaining indictor data from multiple collection nodes, and determining a fault collection node according to indicator data of each collection node; collecting statistics about a fault collection node having a maximum proportion in quantity, based on fault collection nodes determined in continuous L collection periods; and determining the location of a video service fault according to location information of the obtained fault collection node having a maximum proportion in quantity. The present invention resolves the difficult of failing to locate a fault when a video service has the fault.
