Abstract:
A device for stacked core capable of machining the stacked core at a high speed by maintaining the strength of an angle indexing device, comprising a press 1, a nonuniform motion device 10 for changing the drive of the press 1 from a uniform rotation to a nonuniform rotation, and the angle indexing device 7 connected to the nonuniform motion device 10 through a coupling 20 and connected to the rotatingly driving part of a stacking station 51 of a metal mold 5, wherein a high speed rotation timing outputted from the output shaft 13 of the nonuniform motion device 10 is set within a feed timing to advance the rotation end position of the drive shaft 33 of the angle indexing device 7 more than the feed end position of the feed timing so as to provide a stop interval.
