Abstract:
A method and a device for magnetic grinding of an internal surface of a metallic capillary tube. The method comprises the following steps: securing a metallic capillary tube (8) to undergo grinding on a metallic capillary tube installation frame (9); preparing a magnetic grinding suspension (14); delivering the magnetic grinding suspension (14) into the metallic capillary tube (8) to undergo grinding, and then beginning grinding using a magnetic field capable of 360° rotation; and using a sample to compare and determine the results of the grinding, then completing the grinding process. The device comprises an electromagnet installation base (1), a bearing (2), an electromagnet installation frame (3), a conveyor belt (4), an electromagnet rotating motor (5), a control panel frame (6), a control panel (7), a metallic capillary tube (8) to undergo grinding, a metallic capillary tube installation frame (9), an electromagnet (10) or permanent magnet, a high pressure flexible tube (11), a hydraulic pump (12), a fluid container (13), and a magnetic grinding suspension (14). The magnetic grinding suspension (14) performs, under the effects of magnetism and hydraulic force, high-precision grinding and polishing of an internal surface of the metallic capillary tube (8).
