Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for managing an application program. The method comprises: a first edge computing platform acquiring an application program assembly of the first edge computing platform and an application program assembly of a second edge computing platform, wherein the application program assembly of the first edge computing platform and the application program assembly of the second edge computing platform are application program assemblies in a global application program; and sending the application program assembly of the second edge computing platform to the second edge computing platform. After obtaining the application program assembly of the second edge computing platform, the first edge computing platform sends same to the second edge computing platform so that the second edge computing platform installs the application program assembly of the second edge computing platform, thereby realizing deployment of application programs between all levels of edge computing platforms.
