Disclosed is a method for managing the relationship of adjacent cells. The method comprises: acquiring, by an evolved node B (eNB), adjacent cell information about whether to support dual connectivity (DC), and according to the adjacent cell information, conducting cooperation between cells. Also disclosed at the same time are a device for managing the relationship of adjacent cells and a storage medium.
