Abstract:

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an all-laser composite additive, wherein after a matrix is obtained by means of selective laser melting forming, subtractive manufacturing is carried out on the matrix by means of a pulse laser so as to form a cavity, and the cavity is then packaged so as to obtain a forming material with an internal cavity structure. By means of the method, on the basis of selective laser melting, a laser precision packaging method is used to solve the problem of a suspended face being formed, solve the problem of powder residue in micro-channels, and satisfy the requirements for the high machining precision, high finish and high cleanliness of key aerospace components. Further disclosed is a device used in the method. The device comprises a laser portion (2), a control portion (4) and a forming portion (6), the laser portion being in a light path connection with the forming portion, and the control portion being respectively electrically connected to the laser portion and the forming portion. The laser portion comprises a first laser light source and a second laser light source. The forming portion comprises a welding portion (68). The welding portion is controlled by the control portion and cooperates with the laser portion for additive manufacturing.
