Abstract:

A method of manufacturing a brush (6) having a tuft (2) of bristle (1) implanted in a resin material after inserted into tuft insert holes (55), comprising the steps of preparing a separate sleeve (60) corresponding to the cross sectional shape and cross sectional area of the tuft insert holes (55), leading the bristle (1) into the sleeve (60), and inserting the tuft (2) in the sleeve (60) into each of the corresponding tuft insert holes (55) by an extruding pin (71).
