Abstract:
In a method for manufacturing a joined body 1: a hoop material 20 plated with a metal material is overlaid on a blank material 2 plated with a metal material; the surface of the hoop material 20 is irradiated with laser light 26 from a laser oscillation system 25; a joined part 5 is formed, the joined part 5 being configured from a linear welded part 4 in which the blank material 2 and the hoop material 20 are joined; and a joined body 1 is manufactured in which the blank material 2 and the hoop material 20 are joined. In this method, the hoop material 20 is supplied so as to be disposed on the blank material 2 and so that a prescribed gap d from the hoop material 2 is formed, the hoop material 20 is irradiated with the laser at the position at which the prescribed gap d is present between the blank material 2 and the hoop material 20, and the blank material 2 and the hoop material 20 are laser welded.
