Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED MODULES SUCH AS SOLAR CELL MODULES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/154998
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a laminating method that does not generate residual air bubbles in a method for manufacturing solar cell modules that use fragile materials, such as glass, for both the front surface panel and the back surface panel. Also disclosed is device for manufacturing the same. Laminate module components of glass (101), an encapsulation resin sheet (102), and glass (103) are carried in on a steel belt (13) installed inside a heating chamber (1). In a preheating step, a first heater plate (17) is positioned at the back side of the steel belt (13) and separated from the position for setting the laminate module components, a second heater plate (16) is positioned above the laminate module components, and the laminate module components are heated from above and below via the steel belt by the radiant heat of the heater plates in a heating chamber evacuation process.
