Abstract:
Provided is a method and device for manufacturing a magnetic-orientation printing master (22) and a magnetic pigment presswork. The method for manufacturing the magnetic-orientation printing master comprises: providing a magnet (11); heating a part area of the magnet by a heat radiation beam, and thus forming a new magnetic domain structure in the part area through a self-magnetization process of the magnet so as to change the magnetic field distribution (12) of the part area; removing the heat radiation beam, and thus keeping the new magnetic domain structure that has been reduced to normal temperature and further making the part area hold the changed magnetic field distribution, and therefore forming the magnetic-orientation printing master (13) having a predetermined magnetic-orientation pattern. By the above method, the magnetic field distribution of the part area is changed by a heat disturbance generated in the part area of the magnet utilizing the heat radiation beam, and thus the magnetic-orientation printing master having a predetermined magnetic-orientation pattern is formed. The manufacturing process of the magnetic-orientation printing master can be simplified, and the magnetic-orientation printing master can record rich pattern information.
