Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and device for manufacturing an exceptional thermoplastic resin product using a simple procedure. Removal of a molded part (MP) is started while the product part (LP) is at a temperature below the glass transition temperature and the sprue part (SP) which is a non-product part is at a temperature above the glass transition temperature; therefore, not only can the product part (LP) be prevented from deforming and internally warping, but the molding cycle time can be reduced by shortening the cooling process. Furthermore, according to this manufacturing method, the sprue part (SP) that is a nonproduct part is formed while the molded part (MP) is removed; therefore, the molded part (MP) derived from the sprue part (SP), which is a nonproduct part, will be accurately and reliably removed, and the sprue part (SP), which is a nonproduct part, can be prevented from deforming into an unintended shape, or breaking during the removal process.
