Abstract:
By the present invention, screw molding can be performed without doing damage during coating and other processes, good dimensional stability is obtained, and re-sealing properties are also enhanced. The present invention has an intermediate molded article forming step for forming a shoulder part (3), a cylindrical part (18), a tapered part (17), and an opening end part (16) at the top of a body part, and a screw part forming step for forming a screw part from an inner piece (64A) and an outer piece (64B) between which the cylindrical part (18) is held. In the intermediate molded article forming step, the outside diameter of the cylindrical part is formed so as to be an intermediate diameter between the ridge diameter and valley diameter of the screw part. In the screw part forming step, a screw part is formed from the tapered part to the cylindrical part so that a screw starting part is formed at a point partway in the tapered part, the first-level height of a right-hand threaded convex part of the inner piece is formed lower than the second- and subsequent-level heights in an angle range of 90° continuously in the circumferential direction from the screw starting part, and a screw molding tool having the inner piece and the outer piece is rotated while being caused to orbit counterclockwise as viewed in the direction toward the bottom from the opening end of the intermediate molded article.
