Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention propose a method and a device for measuring and feeding back CSI. In the solution, a terminal receives a reference signal sent by a base station; the terminal measures the channel according to the reference signal, so as to obtain a first CSI carrying a target index I1, the target index comprising a plurality of situations; and the terminal sends the first CSI. This solution is directed at the scenario where 3D MIMO technique is used. Therefore, this invention solves the defect existing in the prior art that there has not yet been a method for measuring and feeding back CSI as for 3D MIMO technique.
