Abstract:

According to an embodiment, in order to measure muscular fitness of a user by using a wearable device, a target resistance force profile for a target movement, which is performed by a user wearing a wearable device, may be determined, a motor driver circuit of the wearable device may be controlled on the basis of the target resistance force profile in order to control a resistance force provided to the user, state information on an actual movement of the user, which is performed under the resistance force, may be measured, and the muscular fitness of the user may be measured on the basis of the state information. In addition, various embodiments may be possible.
