Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and to a device for measuring vital data of a driver of a motor vehicle. According to the method, an electrodermal activity of the driver is determined by using at least one first electrode signal (111) and/or an electrocardiogram of the driver is registered by using at least one second electrode signal (121). According to the invention, movement artifacts in the first and/or the second electrode signal (111, 121) or in measured values derived from the first and/or the second electrode signal (111, 121) are identified and reduced (115) by means of a statistical method. The invention further relates to a steering wheel for a motor vehicle.
