Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a proxy server can be arranged in a portable terminal by executing a packet management application. In addition, by arranging a proxy server in a portable terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, all packets that are transmitted to or received from the portable terminal can be monitored. Thus, transmission or reception of a packet related to harmful information or a packet related to personal information or confidential information to or from a user's portable terminal can be blocked.
