Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPTIMIZING EFFICIENCY OF INDUCTION MOTOR IN ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/006439
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to cause parameters related to a desired rotational speed and the fluctuating load factor of an electric motor of an electric vehicle to be adjusted via an optimization algorithm, and carry out efficient driving over the full range. In order to optimize the efficiency of an electric motor for an electricity-based vehicle: the working load factor is obtained in real time using an algorithm (9) for calculating the load factor; the rotational speed (ω) is obtained by carrying out ω detection (6); the power factor (PF) is obtained by carrying out PF calculation (4); a torque current component (Iq) and a field current component (Id) are obtained using an Id, Iq conversion algorithm (5); the amount of frequency (rotational speed) control (Fq) is calculated by carrying out ω control (1); the amount of field current control (Idk) is calculated by carrying out Fazzy control (2); the amount of power factor control (PFk) is calculated by carrying out PF control (3); and Fq, Idk, and PFk are entered into an optimal voltage-calculating algorithm (7) to calculate the amount of optimal voltage control (Ud) in an optimization-controlling device (20). A SPWM generation (8) waveform is adjusted using the amount of optimal voltage control (Ud) and the amount of frequency (rotational speed) control (Fq), and the power inputted into an induction motor (17) in an electrical power-adjusting unit (12) is automatically adjusted to the lowest value in a highly efficient manner.
