Abstract:
A method and a device for performing communication in a wireless communication system are disclosed. A method in which a terminal performs communication according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, first satellite ephemeris information related to a first satellite and information related to a first validity duration corresponding to the first satellite; and on the basis of second satellite ephemeris information related to the first satellite being received from the base station while a first validity timer having the first validity duration is in operation, restarting the first validity timer, wherein the terminal may acquire a first TA for the first satellite on the basis of the first satellite ephemeris information before the validity timer restarts, expires, or stops after starting on the basis of the first validity duration, and the terminal may acquire a second TA for the first satellite on the basis of the second satellite ephemeris information before the first validity timer expires or stops after restarting on the basis of a second validity duration.
