Abstract:
The present specification provides a method for performing registration in a network by a terminal in wireless communication system. Specifically, a terminal: performs registration in a first public land mobile network (PLMN) via a first base station; when a service can no longer be provided from the first PLMN, receives a message related to a disaster that is applied to the first PLMN or to a region in which the terminal is located; transmits a registration request message to a second PLMN that provides a disaster roaming service on the basis of the message related to the disaster; and receives a response message to the registration request message from the second PLMN, wherein the terminal is joined to the first PLMN, and the second PLMN is configured to provide the disaster roaming service to the terminal on the basis of the disaster that is applied to the first PLMN or to the region in which the terminal is located.
