Abstract:
A method and device for predicting a body type. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a standard posture graph of a predetermined part of a user collected at the current moment, and acquiring a corresponding contour graph at the current moment according to the standard posture graph at the current moment (S10); carrying out edge sampling on the contour graph at the current moment to acquire corresponding sampling points, and fitting all the obtained sampling points to obtain a contour curve at the current moment (S11); calculating and saving the curvature, on the contour curve at the current moment, of each of the sampling points (S12); obtaining a curvature function of each of the sampling points according to the curvature corresponding to the same sampling point at the current moment and in a predetermined moment phase before the current moment (S13); predicting the curvature of each of the sampling points in a predetermined future moment according to the curvature function corresponding to each of the sampling points (S14); and obtaining a predicted contour graph according to the predicted curvature of each of the sampling points (S15). The method and device can predict the body type of a user, thereby improving the user experience.
