Abstract:
A method of preventing the degradation of oil, comprising injecting an inactive gas into oil such as edible oil and mix-dispersing the inactive gas in the form of fine bubbles in the oil, wherein, preferably, the inactive gas is injected at an arbitrary portion of a circulation passage through which the oil is being forcibly circulated and, desirably, the oil is filtered to remove impurities in the oil before the inactive gas is injected.
