Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for prevention of loss of an item and for prompt search thereof, the device comprising: a slave having an RFID tag function, the slave having unique identification information on the interior tag memory thereof; and a hand-held master that functions as an RFID leader and can vary a recognition distance and/or a recognition width that can recognize the slave. Accordingly, the device can prevent a user from losing any item in advance by setting off an alarm or an item description when the distance between the user and the item exceeds a predetermined distance, and also can enable the user to promptly find any item the user has placed at home or other places, when the user wants to.
