Abstract:
A method and device for processing, displaying and reading a barcode, which are used for increasing information amount transmitted by a barcode, and solving the problem of application limitation brought about due to information amount transmitted by a barcode. The method for processing a barcode comprises: dividing a character string to be processed into a plurality of divided character strings (101); respectively generating header information for the plurality of divided character strings (102), wherein the header information is used for representing sequence information about the divided character strings; and according to the plurality of divided character strings and header information corresponding thereto, generating a plurality of character strings to be displayed (103). By means of the barcode processing solution, a long character string can be divided into short character strings, and sequence information about each of the short character strings in the long character string is provided, so that the long character string can perform information transmission without being limited by the length thereof.
