Abstract:
A device and a method for processing an image, and a computer storage medium. The device comprises: a zoom unit for controlling a collection model to perform digital zoom in response to a zoom operation; a collection unit for using the collection model after zooming to collect a first image of a first size; a cutting unit for cutting the first image to obtain a second image of a second size; the second size being smaller than the first image; and a display unit for displaying the second image. In the present embodiment, in order to avoid the picture quality, e.g. the clarity, of the collected and outputted image being affected by the jitter brought about by zooming, when a collection is performed, a first image of a first size which has a relatively large area is collected, and then a second image which has a higher image quality compared to the first image is obtained by cutting the first image of the first size, thereby improving the image quality of the collected and outputted image.
