Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a method and device for processing a message. The method for processing a message comprises: receiving a first message sent by a sender; when the first message is a message of a specified type, seeking whether there is a first result, matching the first message, in pre-stored results or not; and if so, sending the first result to the sender. The embodiments of the present application do not directly transmit a message to a back-end server in a transparent way when detecting that the received message is a message of a specified type, but firstly seeking a result, matching the message, in local pre-stored results; and if being found out, the matched result is directly fed back to a sender, but the message is not transmitted to the back-end server in a transparent way anymore, such that the processing capacity of the back-end server for such messages is reduced, and the message processing pressure of the back-end server is reduced. When being applied to an HC scene of a back-end server, the method can reduce the processing pressure of the back-end server for an HC request.
