Abstract:
The present application relates to a method and device for processing a multimedia resource. The method comprises: acquiring time distribution of icons input for a multimedia resource by a user; determining a specific time period of the multimedia resource according to the time distribution; and in response to the user's request for the specific time period, performing an operation corresponding to the request on the multimedia resource corresponding to the specific time period. Icons can reflect a user's viewing reaction well. Therefore, according to the method and device for processing a multimedia resource provided by the present application, a specific time period obtained can be used for effectively dividing a multimedia resource on the basis of a user reaction, thereby helping the user to quickly acquire an interesting clip and improve the user's viewing experience.
