Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of network communications, and provides a method and device for processing a persistent connection establishment request. The method comprises: receiving a persistent connection establishment request sent by a client; determining a first processing process having the minimum number of current persistent connections according to the numbers of current persistent connections of various locally stored processing processes; and processing the persistent connection establishment request by using the first processing process. By means of the present invention, the utilization rate of processing resources of a network service server can be improved.
