Abstract:
Present invention proposes a method and device for processing serial number of banknote the method comprises step of inputting serial number of banknote, wherein serial number is changed into image signal by image obtained device; and step of encoding the serial number of banknote, wherein the image signal of se al number is filtered and A/D transferred and separated synchronously, d then saved in image memory cell; and step of processing digital image signal of serial number wherein the image memory cell signal is identified then the serial number of banknote and bundle are saved in digit(, memory cell and output ;and step of reading the serial number of banknote to be compared wherein the corresponding serial number of banknote is taken from the bundle, then saved in memory cell ;and step of comparing the serial number need to be compared with the serial number which is input just now wherein the serial number which is input just now is compared with the serial number in memorycell one by one , give an alarm if they are same the present invention may strike the crime e.g. dacoity of banknote which has been kept in exchequer or banknote conveying vehicle or kidnapee or producing counterfeit money and so on.
