Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for processing a special-shaped curved glass contour. The method comprises the following steps: A: obtaining a theoretical track L; B: respectively calculating a transformation matrix Tt
m between a tool coordinate system Ot and a machine tool coordinate system Om, and a transformation matrix (II) between a measurement transducer coordinate system Os and a tool coordinate system Ot; C: using a workpiece coordinate system Ow as an original point, and collecting, at equal angles, n groups of point pair sets (I) in the elevated surface and the inner concave surface of the special-shaped curved surface glass; D: calculating, according to the point pair sets, an intersection point set M between the elevated surface and the inner concave surface of the special-shaped curved surface glass; and E: inserting the intersection point set M into the theoretical track L according to a spatial position relationship to obtain a new processing track point set L'=L+(Tt
