Abstract:
Provided is a method for separating and purifying butanol, acetone and ethanol or purifying butanol by fermentation coupling, comprising the following steps: 1) fermenting using an acetone and butanol-producing bacteria to obtain butanol, acetone and ethanol or using a butanol-producing bacteria to obtain butanol; and 2) separating and purifying butanol, acetone and ethanol on-line or purifying butanol from the fermentation broth by using a vaporization permeation method. The method of the present invention improves the production and separation and thepurification efficiency of butanol, acetone and ethanol or butanol.
