Abstract:
A method for producing nonvulcanized rubber/steel wire composites, comprising the steps of continuously drawing a steel wire, feeding the drawn steel wire to a rubber coater without winding the steel wire, and coating the steel wire with nonvulcanized rubber. A device for producing nonvulcanized rubber/steel wire composites, comprising a wire drawing device for continuously drawing a steel wire, and a rubber coater for coating the steel wire with nonvulcanized rubber, wherein the steel wire drawn by the wire drawing device is led to the rubber coater without being wound.
