Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a secondary battery with a higher production efficiency. The present invention relates to a method for producing a secondary battery in which the production of at least one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode includes: obtaining an electrode precursor by coating a metal sheet material 10 serving as an electrode current collector with an electrode material layer formation starting material from die heads; and forming a plurality of electrodes by cutting said electrodes out from the electrode precursor. Coating with the electrode material layer formation starting material is performed by using at least two die heads 1a, 1b to perform a combination of at least two types of intermittent coating.
