Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for protecting the storage content of a Nor Flash memory. The method comprises the steps of: after starting up and before data is written into a memory, reading a value of a status register, and comparing the read value with a set value (S10); when the read value is different from the set value, writing the set value into the status register, so that a storage array of the memory is in a protected status (S20); and after the set value is written into the status register, starting a main program (S30).The method and the device enable data of a storage array not to be re-written abnormally, thus ensuring the normal operation of a system, and improving the stability of the system.
